- Obtains prior approval for modifications: Any adjustments to the product, service, ad content, or creatives must be communicated to and approved by RentFacebookAccount before the campaign starts.
- Complies with platform policies: The advertiser must strictly adhere to all terms and policies set forth by the platform where the ads are being run.
- Fulfills financial obligations: The full payment of the advertising budget and associated fees must be completed before the campaign launch.
- Adheres to RentFacebookAccount terms of service: The advertiser must fully comply with all terms and conditions as outlined in our terms of service agreement.
- Has no history of payment disputes: There must be no prior issues related to payments with RentFacebookAccount.
Specific situations
- Policy violation: If RentFacebookAccount identifies the use of unapproved creatives, landing pages, or content that breaches Facebook Advertising Policies, a $50 penalty will be withheld, and any remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded.
We maintain the right to deny a refund request if there is any suspicion of fraudulent payment activity or unethical conduct.
Refund specifics
- Refund amount: The refund will cover the remaining, unused portion of your ad budget, excluding ad credits, rental/agency fees, taxes, and any other incurred expenses.
- Payment method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this method is no longer available, we will provide instructions on how to submit alternative payment details. We reserve the right to decline refunds if these instructions are not followed.
- Processing time: Please allow between 5-20 business days for the processing of refunds, depending on your chosen payment method.
